Within the scope of the program, national processes of calls opened for academia, academy-industry cooperation or industry in different disciplines and different project types within the scope of TÜBİTAK Bilateral or Multiple Cooperation Programs are managed. In the opened calls, university-industry-public collaborations are encouraged in line with the European Union Framework Programs and similar bilateral and multilateral mechanisms supporting international participation. The processes of the program are carried out by the International Cooperation Projects Research Support Group (UPAG).
