REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration procedures for students who are accepted as principals as a result of the evaluation of horizontal transfer applications based on Success (with Average) and Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) to the Faculties, Schools and Vocational Schools affiliated to our University in the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year are
07 September 2023 - 15 September 2023, Registration of students accepted as substitutes will be carried out between
18 September 2023 and 20 September 2023.
Students will be able to make their final registration by personally applying to the Registrar's Office with the following registration documents on the specified dates.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
1. High School Graduation Certificate
(e-Government printout is accepted)
2. YKS Result Document
(Including Placement Scores) Documents without "Result Document Control Code" will not be accepted, take a printout of the current result document.
3. YKS Placement Result Document:
Documents without "Result Certificate Control Code" will not be accepted, take a printout of the current result document.
4. Original Identity Card
(It will be returned to the candidate after a photocopy is taken during registration)
5. Letter of Conformity for Horizontal Transfer:
A signed document from the registered university showing that "There is no obstacle for transferring to the horizontal".
Students who do not have the specified writing cannot be registered.
6. Student Certificate (e-Government printout or signature/certified document is required)
7. Transcript (e-Government printout or signature/certified document is required)
8. Language Proficiency Certificate: Documenting a score document at the level of success determined by our University, from the internationally valid foreign language exams, or being successful in the foreign language proficiency exam to be held by Haliç University School of Foreign Languages, or a Language Proficiency Certificate that they will bring from their universities.
(For programs with a compulsory preparatory class)
* Students are required to submit a valid English proficiency document for class orientation to the School of Foreign Languages during registration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION
Students who do not complete the registration process or submit the necessary documents between the registration dates are deemed to have waived their right to enroll at our University.
The student must perform the registration process in person. However, a person to whom he will give a notarized power of attorney can also perform the registration process.
Registration documents sent by mail are not processed.
The registration of students with missing or falsified documents will be canceled even if they have been registered. Necessary legal actions are taken against students who register by making false statements.
Students who have the right to enroll in the departments of our university will not cut off their relations with the university they are registered with. After the student registers at our University, the necessary correspondence will be made by us to delete the student's file and registration.
