Dear Students,
In accordance with the letter of the Council of Higher Education regarding the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester final exams, which was announced on 03.04.2023 on the web page of our university, the decision taken by the Senate of our University has been changed as follows:
As of 03 April 2023, all our courses are held on our campus as HYBRID (Face-to-Face + Online) and Face-to-Face.
1) In associate and undergraduate programs;
a) Final and make-up exams of İNG102, TDB102, GRŞ100, TBT100, ATA102, HIS102, HLC101, HLC102, OHS100, OHS101, and İSG100 courses and all courses of Pedagogical Formation Education will be held online.
b) Semester completion (final) exams of the theoretical courses in all Faculty / School / Vocational School departments and programs will be held online.
c) All exams of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences (except theoretical courses), and Vocational School Health Programs (except theoretical courses) will be held face-to-face. In addition, the exams of the application courses of other faculties and departments/programs will also be held face-to-face.
d) School of Foreign Languages course completion exams will be held online and proficiency exams will be held face-to-face.
2) In graduate programs;
a) Semester completion (final) exams of the courses can be done online or face-to-face depending on the instructor of the course. Exams of applied courses will be held face-to-face.
b) Exams such as thesis monitoring, proficiency exams, and thesis/semester project defense exams will be held face-to-face on the dates to be announced by the institute secretariat.
