Dear students,
We will be holding a Proficiency Exam
on September 3rd and 4th, 2024, for students who have completed the B2 level but did not pass the Proficiency Exam previously. Additionally, students who were unable to successfully complete their courses will also have the opportunity to take this exam.
A Placement Test for newly registered students will be conducted
on September 10th and 11th, 2024.
Time: 10:30 A.M.
Location: 2nd Block Classrooms (5th and 6th Floors)
Check the exam location list posted on the 4th floor boards.
Proficiency Exam:
- September 3, 2024 (Written Exam)
- September 4, 2024 (Speaking Exam)
Placement Exam:
- September 10, 2024 (Written Exam)
- September 11, 2024 (Speaking Exam)

August 29, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
No application form is required for the Placement Test.
After filling out and saving the form, you will not be sent any confirmation e-mail/SMS.

Identification: Students must present their Student Identity Card or T.R. ID at the exam. The ID card must be displayed on the desk until the end of the exam.

Answer Sheets: At the beginning of the exam, students must write their name, surname, and T.R. ID number on the question and answer sheets using a ballpoint pen. The optical form should be filled out with a pencil.

Seating: The seating arrangement will be assigned by the examiners. Please follow their instructions.

Late Arrival: Late arrivals will be permitted to enter the exam room only 20 minutes after the exam starts (after the Listening part is over). Entry is strictly prohibited after the first ten minutes following the end of the Listening part.

Leaving the Room: Leaving the exam hall is not allowed during the first 20 minutes or the last 15 minutes of the exam.

Questions: Any questions about the exam must be asked within the first 5 minutes. Questions cannot be asked later to avoid disrupting other students.

Digital Devices: Digital materials (e.g., mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches) are not permitted and will be considered grounds for disqualification if found in use. Such devices should be stored away and not visible.

Course Materials: All course materials must be kept away from the desk. No materials should be placed under or on the desk during the exam.

Communication: Talking to or interacting with others during the exam is prohibited and will be treated as an attempt to cheat.

Submission: Upon completing the exam, students must sign the exam report with a ballpoint pen when submitting their exam papers.
