Mission

The mission of our Directorate is to enrich the campus life of our students, implement activities and organizations that contribute to their personal development, and manage essential services such as health and cultural services, sports activities, and dining/cafeteria arrangements. It aims to ensure that students use their leisure time effectively, support the development of their personalities and skills, and graduate as individuals who value universal principles and possess strong communication abilities.

Vision

Our vision is to ensure that our students graduate not only as individuals with a high-quality education but also as active participants in social, cultural, artistic, and sports activities, with well-developed reading and research skills, and enriched personal interests and hobbies. In all activities, we aim to cultivate graduates who can become versatile professionals and achieve strong positions in their careers. Furthermore, we strive to contribute to our university’s standing as one of the leading institutions both nationally and internationally.

As the Directorate of Campus Life, our quality policy is to manage all service processes in a planned, transparent, participatory, and continuously improvable manner to ensure that our students, academic staff, and administrative personnel can live on campus with peace, safety, comfort, and efficiency.

In this context:

  • Stakeholder Orientation: We shape our services based on the needs, expectations, and feedback of all campus users, aiming to increase their satisfaction.

  • Transparency and Fairness: In areas such as dormitories, security, transportation, dining, and social spaces, we operate according to measurable, accessible, and fair criteria.

  • Process Management and Efficiency: We standardize processes by utilizing resources effectively, support them with technological solutions, and continuously update workflows.

  • Culture of Sustainable Improvement: We identify deficiencies through internal audits, performance measurement, and feedback mechanisms, and plan and implement necessary improvement activities.

  • Ethical and Legal Compliance: All campus life activities are conducted in accordance with legal regulations, university principles, and ethical standards.

  • Communication and Participation: We maintain effective and continuous communication with university units, students, staff, and other stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and participation in decision-making processes.

This quality policy establishes the fundamental principles for all activities carried out under the strategic plans and objectives of the Directorate of Campus Life; performance is regularly monitored and enhanced through quality indicators defined for each unit.

In line with the annual strategic plan and objectives of the Directorate of Campus Life: To establish an internal and external quality assurance system for evaluating services provided in health services, culture, sports, student clubs, and activities, and to enhance their quality; to define institutional indicators and conduct all related activities in accordance with the procedures and principles set by the Higher Education Quality Council, while providing recommendations to the relevant unit manager.
To develop, evaluate, and, when necessary, revise the business processes within the Directorate of Campus Life.
To implement internal control processes across all sub-directorates, monitor practices, and carry out corrective actions when required.
To contribute to the implementation of decisions made by the Unit Quality Commission within the Directorate of Campus Life and to track the outcomes of these implementations.
To prepare the Unit Internal Evaluation Report and other quality-related documents, and submit them to the Strategy Development and Quality Assurance Directorate and KADİD when requested.
