Student Admission and General Registration | DSA

Documents Required for Registration via ÖSYM

  • A photocopy of the national ID card (original must be presented)
  • ÖSYM exam result document (printout from the internet)
  • Original and photocopy of the high school diploma (or temporary graduation certificate)
  • Military Status Certificate (for male students born in 1998 or earlier)
  • Two passport-size photographs (4.5×6 cm), taken within the last six months, showing the candidate’s full face clearly. Colored photocopies or Polaroid photos are not accepted.
  • For diplomas obtained from foreign institutions: a notarized Turkish translation of the high school diploma and an equivalence certificate issued by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye or Turkish Embassies abroad, certifying that the diploma is equivalent to those obtained from Turkish high schools.

Registration will not be accepted if any required document is missing.

Important Information Regarding Registration

  • Candidates must apply in person for registration or authorize another person through a notarized power of attorney to apply on their behalf.
  • Registration by email is not accepted.
  • Registration with missing documents is not accepted.
  • Candidates who fail to complete their registration within the specified dates will forfeit their right to enroll.
