Introduction | Haliç Incubation Center

Entrepreneurship is one of the three main areas of activity defined in our university’s strategic plan, aligned with the products and services we offer.

HaIiç Incubation CENTER is a dedicated hub designed specifically for technical, technological, and digital startups and entrepreneurs. It provides a range of services aimed at helping them realize and develop their ideas.

Startups located in our incubation centers have the potential to create employment, commercialize new technologies, strengthen both local and national economies, and contribute to international business development.

Entrepreneurship and company formation activities are carried out under the Haliç TTO (Technology Transfer Office) within the scope of the Incubation Center.

Under the brand name “HaIiç Incubation Center,” our Incubation Center provides core services to entrepreneurs and newly established companies, including:

Physical Infrastructure (office space, laboratories)
Management Support (business planning, training, marketing)
Technical Assistance (research, access to databases)
Access to Finance (venture capital funds, angel investor networks)
Legal Consultancy (licensing, intellectual property rights)
Networking Opportunities (connections with other incubation centers and public services/support mechanisms)

With a total of 50 offices—including 15 private and 35 open/shared workspaces—as well as 2 meeting rooms, an open kitchen, experienced mentors and consultants, and an extensive business network, HaIic Incubation Center is ready to collaborate with you, our valued entrepreneurs, to build a strong ecosystem and bring your business ideas to life.
