Quality | Directorate of Human Resources

Our Human Resources Directorate, in line with the university’s vision, aims to add new value to human capital and to establish the university as a leading institution in this field. In accordance with our mission, we continuously enhance our organizational structure to create new areas where existing resources can be effectively utilized and their potential further developed.

Our quality policy is to implement effective human resources management processes that enhance the competencies of our employees, support their motivation and strengthen their institutional commitment. Within this framework, we develop transparent, fair and sustainable practices in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, career planning and professional development activities. Additionally, leveraging technological innovations to increase process efficiency and to optimally utilize existing resources is among our top priorities.

With a philosophy of continuous improvement and development, we design human resources policies that contribute to the quality of education, research  and services at our university, establish effective communication with all stakeholders  and adhere to legal and ethical principles, which form the foundation of our quality policy.

In line with the strategic plan and objectives of the Human Resources Directorate: to establish an internal and external quality assurance system for evaluating the services carried out within the scope of payroll, personnel records, and employee relations, and to improve their quality; to define institutional indicators and conduct all related activities in accordance with the procedures and principles set by the Higher Education Quality Council, while providing recommendations to the relevant unit manager.
To develop, evaluate, and when necessary revise HR-related business processes (payroll, personnel records, employee relations, etc.).
To implement internal control processes across the unit, monitor practices and take corrective actions when necessary.
To contribute to the implementation of decisions made by the Unit Quality Commission throughout the Human Resources Directorate and to track the outcomes of such implementations.
To prepare the Unit Internal Evaluation Report and other quality-related documents and submit them to the Strategy Development and Quality Assurance Systems Directorate and KADİD when requested.
