Mission-Vision

Mission

The mission of our conservatory is to educate qualified, innovative and creative artists in the fields of music and performing arts who are receptive to change, uphold universal and ethical values and combine these principles with national and international achievements, representing their country with distinction at the highest level.

Vision

As the first conservatory established within a foundation university in our country, our vision is to advance and strengthen our recognition in the field by achieving higher national and international visibility, distinguished by high quality standards.

Quality Policy

To educate artists who will serve in national and international, both private and public institutions in the fields of music and performing arts and who will stand as cultural ambassadors of the nation, thus ensuring their employability and recognition,
To provide students with a rich and high-quality curriculum designed to enable them to achieve excellence in the performing arts,
To cultivate creative artists who are open to innovation, committed to universal values, and endowed with distinguished professional qualities,
To nurture individuals who are aware of the spiritual depth within art, who embody a genuine love of art and who reflect their artistic identity in their practice,
To train artists who represent our country with distinction in national and international arenas and who possess a strong sense of leadership,
To prepare artists who, in a rapidly changing world where knowledge spreads at unprecedented speed, recognize the unifying and healing power of art and aim to bring people together through it.
