Introduction | Faculty of Business Administration

Our Faculty, established in 1998 with three programmes—Business Administration (English), Business Administration (Turkish), and Tourism Management—commenced its educational activities in the 1998–1999 academic year. Having started offering education with these three programmes in its first year, our Faculty established the International Trade and Business Administration programme in 2005, followed by the Public Relations and Advertising and Business Informatics programmes in 2008. Political Science and International Relations was added to the existing programmes in 2011. The programme previously offering Business Informatics education at our Faculty was renamed Management Information Systems in 2020 and began offering education in English. The International Trade and Business Administration programme also switched to English as its language of instruction in the same year and continues its educational activities. As of the 2025-2026 academic year, the Economics and Logistics Management (English) programmes have started accepting students.

Our faculty, which welcomed its first students at the Şişhane Campus and graduated its first students in the 2001-2002 academic year, began teaching at the 5. Levent Campus in February 2022.
