Mission

To educate qualified physicians who possess knowledge and skills at both national and international levels; who are conscientious, individual- and society-oriented, and endowed with free thought; who contribute to the development of the country and society; who are committed to protecting individual and public health and providing the highest level of service in all health-related processes; and who uphold scientific and ethical values.

Vision

To be an innovative and entrepreneurial educational and research institution in medical education, aligned with the national education strategy and committed to shared international values; aiming to train highly qualified physicians, to create and improve healthy living conditions for both society and the individual, and to distinguish itself with high academic standards and excellence in healthcare services.

Quality Policy

The quality policies of Haliç University Faculty of Medicine are defined within the framework of the general quality policies of Haliç University, in line with the University’s vision and mission objectives. The quality policy of Haliç University encompasses the following core principles:

To ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders, particularly students and staff, within the framework of applicable regulations,
To educate physicians who deliver healthcare services with respect for patient rights and adherence to ethical values, without discrimination,
To conduct evidence-based medical practices by utilizing up-to-date knowledge and technology in healthcare delivery,
To carry out all activities in accordance with international standards of education and training, as well as relevant regulatory requirements,
To support research and development activities and translate project outcomes into benefits for society,
