Mission

To accurately identify all necessary requirements and execute investment activities in a manner that ensures the uninterrupted operation of our university’s activities, which aims to provide contemporary and internationally competitive education, by implementing them correctly, reliably and in accordance with the latest technologies.

Vision

To be a unit that anticipates all infrastructure and superstructure needs of our university, prepares the necessary plans and studies for approval by the Rectorate and executes the approved construction works using the latest technologies.

Prioritizes the protection of personal data in compliance with laws while supporting all scientific activities at the university and emphasizing communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,
Regularly ensures compliance with audits and standards,
Maintains information security as a top priority and continuously supports our stakeholders with a proactive and reliable approach.

Planning initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality,

Setting monthly, quarterly and annual targets,
3
Monitoring the achievement status of the established targets,
4
Preparing reports on planning, targets and their achievement status with supporting documentation,
5
Preparing the Unit Internal Evaluation Report, other relevant information and submitting them to the Quality Coordination Office as required,
6
Making necessary preparations, providing full support for certification and evaluation activities conducted by independent assessment organizations,
7
Providing recommendations to the unit manager based on the results, evaluations and suggestions in reports prepared following internal and external university assessments,
8
Carrying out other quality-related activities as determined by the Quality Coordination Office or the unit management.
