Planning initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality,

Setting monthly, quarterly and annual targets,

Monitoring the achievement status of the established targets,

Preparing reports on planning, targets and their achievement status with supporting documentation,

Preparing the Unit Internal Evaluation Report, other relevant information and submitting them to the Quality Coordination Office as required,

Making necessary preparations, providing full support for certification and evaluation activities conducted by independent assessment organizations,
7
Providing recommendations to the unit manager based on the results, evaluations and suggestions in reports prepared following internal and external university assessments,
8
Carrying out other quality-related activities as determined by the Quality Coordination Office or the unit management.
