About | Directorate of Building and Technical Affairs

The Directorate of Building and Technical Affairs manages the design, construction, maintenance, repair and technical operation processes of educational buildings, laboratories, social facilities, student living areas, dormitories and administrative units across the university campuses. This unit is also responsible for the planning of new buildings, energy, facility management and the operation of natural gas, electricity and water infrastructure.

Additionally, the directorate oversees the preparation of technical specification documents for general renovations, repairs and construction works determined by the administration supervises the execution of works and prepares progress payment reports.

In line with the university’s growth objectives, the Directorate of Building and Technical Affairs develops technical infrastructure projects aimed at providing safe and modern physical conditions necessary for the uninterrupted conduct of educational, teaching and research activities.
