In line with its strategic plan and objectives, the Directorate of Strategy Development and Quality Assurance Systems aims to actively contribute to the determination of strategic goals in accordance with the institution’s mission-vision, core values play a key role in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the strategic plan.
Establishing the mechanisms necessary to create, maintain and continuously improve the internal quality assurance system.
Defining quality standards in education and teaching, research, societal contribution and administrative services and ensuring their implementation.
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting strategic objectives and performance indicators.
Coordinating internal and external evaluation processes.
Managing the annual preparation of the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report and overseeing the collection of relevant data.
Ensuring the participation of internal and external stakeholders (students, academic/administrative staff, alumni, industry partners, etc.) in quality assurance processes.
Guiding and supporting institutional units in national and international accreditation processes.
Ensuring institutional coherence by coordinating with faculty, institute, school, and department quality committees.
Contributing to decision-making processes in accordance with principles of corporate governance, transparency, and accountability.
