National Competency Initiative Society

Founded in line with the vision of the National Competency Initiative, our community is a dynamic student organization dedicated to developing students’ technical, academic and personal competencies. Our aim is to unlock the potential of young people and contribute to the qualified human resources needed by our country.

Our society aims to support students in developing their knowledge and skills in areas such as technology, engineering, defense industry and entrepreneurship. We particularly focus on following developments in the defense industry, fostering knowledge in this field and contributing to the development of competent individuals who can contribute to these sectors in the future.

To this end, we organize seminars, technical training sessions, workshops and project activities to enhance students’ analytical thinking, problem-solving and production-oriented work skills. We also support the acquisition of important competencies such as teamwork, leadership and project development.
