The procedures carried out during the collection of diplomas by graduates of our university’s associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, as well as the documents required to be submitted at the time of diploma collection, are provided below.
Information regarding whether a diploma is ready can be obtained from the Student Affairs Directorate.
Graduates whose graduation has been approved can apply to the Student Affairs Directorate with their Turkish ID card (or Residence Permit for international students) or student ID card. In such cases, the diploma and its supplement may be collected personally by the graduate or by an authorized representative presenting a notarized power of attorney.
Graduates who have lost their diploma may request a second copy (duplicate) by applying to the Student Affairs Directorate with the required documents.
In case of loss of the diploma supplement, a reissue application must be submitted. The following documents must be submitted to the Student Affairs Directorate, Diploma Procedures Unit. The Directorate will review the documents and decide whether the request can be approved. If approved, a new diploma supplement, marked with its edition number, will be issued and signed by the Student Affairs Directorate.
In case of torn or otherwise damaged diplomas, a second copy of the diploma (Duplicate) will be issued.
