To establish an internal and external quality assurance system for the assessment and enhancement of the mobility and exchange activities carried out within the scope of the University’s strategic plan and objectives; to determine institutional indicators; to conduct all related activities in accordance with the procedures and principles set forth by the National Agency and the University regulations; and to provide recommendations to the relevant unit administrator.
To develop, evaluate, and, when necessary, revise the business processes related to the Coordination Office.
To conduct internal control processes across the unit, monitor their implementation, and carry out improvement activities when required.
To contribute to the implementation of the decisions taken by the Unit Quality Commission within the International Relations Coordination Office and to follow up on the results of such implementations.
To prepare the Unit Internal Evaluation Report and other quality-related documents, and to submit them to the Directorate of Strategy Development and Quality Assurance and KADİD when requested.
