| Akademik | Enstitüler | Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü | Programlar | İşletme (İngilizce)İşletme İngilizce Yüksek Lisans Programı, tezli ve tezsiz seçenekleriyle, değişen küresel rekabet koşullarını analiz edebilen, analitik düşünebilen ve kavramlarla olgular arasında güçlü bağ kurabilen yetkin bireyler yetiştirmeyi amaçlar. Program, pazarlama, yönetim ve organizasyon, muhasebe, finans ve nicel yöntemler gibi işletmenin temel alanlarında bilimsel bilgi üretimini teşvik ederken, öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme, araştırma ve uygulama becerilerini geliştirmeye odaklanır.
Tezli program dört yarıyıl (120 AKTS) sürmekte olup, bilimsel araştırma yöntemleri ve seminer derslerinin ardından iki yarıyıllık tez çalışmasını içerir. Tezsiz program ise toplam 30 krediden ve 60 AKTS’den az olmamak kaydıyla en az on ders ve öğrenciler son dönemde alanla ilişkili bir bitirme projesi hazırlayarak mezun olurlar. Her iki seçenek de teorik altyapıyı güncel sektör uygulamalarıyla birleştirerek; liderlik, problem çözme, stratejik karar alma ve ekip çalışması gibi yetkinlikleri güçlendirir. Bu yönüyle program, akademik kariyer hedefleyenler ile profesyonel alanda uzmanlaşmak isteyenler için güçlü ve esnek bir lisansüstü eğitim imkânı sunar.
