About | Directorate of Purchasing and Administrative Affairs

In line with the strategies and policies of Haliç University, the Directorate of Purchasing and Administrative Affairs aims to be a unit that conducts high-quality research and drives internal development through innovation and entrepreneurship.

Our objective is to contribute to the university’s growth by diversifying market research on scientifically and professionally preferred products and ensuring that “quality is obtained at a reasonable cost.”

Obtaining quality at a reasonable cost: We maintain a broad product research market, actively utilize the supply chain, and enrich our product portfolio.
Being transparent and fair: We ensure accessibility in all market research by broadening our product research channels.

In compliance with all applicable legislation, including Law No. 5188 on Private Security and Law No. 2547 on Higher Education, our vision is to carry out all necessary operations in accordance with established plans through our sub-directorates:

  • Directorate of Administrative Affairs: Service Operations, Messenger Services, Printing/Photocopy Center Operations, Gardening Services, Transportation Services

  • Directorate of Support Services: Cleaning Services, Transport Services, Catering Services

  • Security Directorate

  • Procurement Directorate

  • Warehouse and Stock Management Directorate: Storage Services, Stock Management Services

Through these units, we aim to meet the needs of all academic and administrative staff, with a primary focus on our students, by providing the necessary services efficiently and effectively.
