The Gastronomy Workshop events, organized by our university for academic and administrative staff, continue to offer enjoyable and engaging culinary experiences.
During the second week of the workshop series, participants gained hands-on experience in cookie making under the guidance of Chef Volkan Aslan from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Throughout the workshop, participants learned various techniques and practical tips, from preparing the dough to baking methods and had the opportunity to prepare their own cookies while expanding their knowledge.
Providing a refreshing break from the demands of daily work, the Gastronomy Workshop contributes to bringing academic and administrative staff together, encouraging social interaction and enabling participants to gain new experiences.
The Gastronomy Workshop events will continue throughout August with workshops on chocolate, bakery-style poğaça and pasta.
