Our Graduate Çağla Kılıç to Exhibit at the FDI New Horizon Exhibition

Çağla Kılıç, a graduate of our Faculty of Architecture’s Industrial Design Department and a pre-incubation entrepreneur, has been selected to take part in the internationally recognized FDI New Horizon Exhibition with her project “Folduse: A Foldable Cardboard Bench Design for Disasters and Emergencies”.

Her innovative and socially conscious project was selected from among numerous applicants, including independent designers, design studios, and student or graduate designers. Only 30 participants were granted the opportunity to showcase their work at the exhibition.

The FDI New Horizon Exhibition will take place at the Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) from 25 to 27 September 2025, where Kılıç’s project will be presented alongside works by many leading designers in the field.
