Vision

To become a leading student support center in higher education by placing the student experience at the heart of our services, embracing digital transformation and continuous improvement and providing reliable, accessible and innovative feedback management practices that contribute to a strong culture of quality.

How do we support you?

We:

  • Listen carefully to students’ requests, suggestions, questions and complaints and record each application.
  • Evaluate every application objectively and direct it to the appropriate academic or administrative units.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding university policies, procedures and practices.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and monitor applications to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Serve as a reliable and impartial communication bridge between students and university units.
  • Monitor solution processes, provide regular updates to students and contribute to developing alternative solutions whenever necessary.
  • Analyze student feedback to support the continuous improvement of service quality and institutional processes.
