Application Registration
Every request, suggestion or complaint submitted to Haliç CARE Center is officially recorded, and the necessary application details are created.

Initial Assessment
The application is carefully reviewed to determine whether it relates to an academic or administrative matter, and the appropriate course of action is planned.

Coordination with Relevant Units
The application is forwarded to the responsible academic or administrative unit. When necessary, consultations are conducted with the relevant authorities.

Process Monitoring
Haliç CARE Center continuously monitors the progress of each application and maintains communication and coordination with the responsible units throughout the process.

Escalation When Necessary
Applications that cannot be resolved by the relevant unit or require higher-level evaluation are escalated to the appropriate authorities together with recommended solutions.

Resolution and Feedback
Once a decision has been reached or a solution has been implemented, the outcome is communicated to the student clearly, promptly and transparently.
