To ensure accessibility for students with disabilities studying at our university so that they can effectively use current information and technology and to make our university a preferred institution for disabled students by providing the necessary resources and facilities that support education, research, development and practice in accordance with national and international standards.

To identify the needs of students with disabilities at Haliç University, to plan the necessary administrative arrangements based on these needs and to establish the infrastructure standards required to meet all academic, social, and personal needs. The vision is to provide equal service to all students and to promote awareness and understanding of disability among university staff.
