Master's studies, both with and without thesis, are carried out successfully in Turkish Music and Theater Major Art Branches. Moreover; Turkish Music Major Art Proficiency Program is also carried out with very valuable teachers. The leading artist teachers of our country in every branch of art work devotedly and share their experience and deep knowledge with their students. Aim; First of all, it is to increase the artistic potential of our country in a quality way, based on national and universal aesthetic values, and to offer attractive job opportunities to our talented young people. To develop their knowledge and creativity and to bring them into society as a fully equipped young generation in national and international fields, with a high understanding of art, open-minded, scientific and artistic idealism. |

In order for the candidates to enroll in the proficiency in arts program, the master's thesis must be completed. According to the announced quotas, candidates are required to get a valid grade (70) from the oral and/or written exam prepared by the related Institute's Department after pre-registration in order to be accepted and placed in the program. It is obligatory to get at least 55 points from the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS) or an equivalent score from an exam accepted by the Interuniversity Board for admission to the proficiency in arts program. |

| The Proficiency in Art program consists of 21 credits and 240 ECTS credits, of which at least 7 courses, seminars and thesis work, provided that it is not less than 60 ECTS in one academic year for students who have been accepted with a master's degree with thesis. Students who have completed the courses, thesis and presentation in the program according to the success conditions specified in the regulation are given by T.C. Haliç University Graduate Institute gives "Turkish Music" proficiency diploma in art. |
| It will be possible to start an academic career in institutions affiliated with higher education and in areas related to Turkish Music and Music. |
| Exams; consists of midterm, final and make-up exams. Exams; written, oral, written-practical and oral-practical. At least one midterm exam is held for each course in the relevant semester. The contribution rates for the midterm exam and the final grade of the semester are decided by the Institute Administrative Board at the beginning of each semester with the recommendation of the relevant lecturer or lecturers with doctorate degrees whose qualifications are determined by the Senate. |
