About The Program

The Haliç University Psychology Master's Program offers students the opportunity to specialize in academic research or application-oriented fields with both thesis and non-thesis options. Through comprehensive course content covering psychological theories, research methods, ethical principles, and applied psychology, the program aims to develop students' scientific thinking, analytical evaluation, and professional competencies.

The thesis program provides students aiming for scientific research and an academic career with the opportunity to acquire in-depth theoretical and methodological knowledge, while the non-thesis program focuses on developing professional skills through application-oriented courses and a term project.

Thanks to this holistic educational approach, graduates are equipped to effectively work in various sectors such as counseling centers, healthcare institutions, education, human resources, and scientific research projects, as well as in private and public institutions.
