The Haliç University Psychology Master's Program offers students the opportunity to specialize in academic research or application-oriented fields with both thesis and non-thesis options. The program aims to develop students' scientific thinking, analytical evaluation, and professional competencies through comprehensive course content covering psychological theories, research methods, ethical principles, and applied psychology. The thesis program provides students aiming for scientific research and an academic career with the opportunity to acquire in-depth theoretical and methodological knowledge, while the non-thesis program focuses on developing professional skills through application-oriented courses and a term project. Thanks to this holistic educational approach, graduates are equipped to effectively work in various sectors such as counseling centers, healthcare institutions, education, human resources, and scientific research projects, as well as in private and public institutions. | Students who successfully complete the graduate program in Psychology are awarded a Master of Psychology (non-thesis) degree. |
| Having a bachelor's degree. |
| Graduates of non-thesis master's programs must complete a thesis-based master's program or meet the necessary academic requirements, in accordance with relevant legislation, in order to apply to doctoral programs. |

| Graduates with a non-thesis master's degree in psychology can work in healthcare institutions, hospitals, special education centers, nurseries, human resources (HR), advertising, consulting firms, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). |
| In graduate programs, the most commonly used assessment and evaluation methods are performance tasks such as exams (midterm and final exams), assignments, class attendance, practical work, projects, laboratory work, seminars, presentations, and essays. |
