It is necessary to be a graduate of the Department of Graphic Design or to have a bachelor's degree outside the field. Foreign students are required to document that the institutions they have previously studied at have been accepted as equivalent by the Higher Education Council. ALES and foreign language scores are not required. A portfolio requirement is required in the oral interview. Scientific for out-of-area students The Preparatory Program is mandatory. |
| Students who successfully complete the Graphic Design Master's Non-Thesis Program; If they transfer to the program with thesis and graduate, there is the opportunity to move to the upper level with the Proficiency in Art Program. |

The non-thesis master's program is a minimum of 10 courses, with a total of not less than 21 credits consists of term project work. Term Project work is non-credit and evaluated as successful or unsuccessful. The non-thesis master's program consists of at least 90 ECTS credits, of which 10 courses and term project work are not less than 60 ECTS credits in one education period. The student graduates by taking the 3rd semester project at the end of the 2 semesters in which he/she takes courses and is successful. |
| At the end of the undergraduate education in the Department of Graphics, students can become graphic designers, art directors, advertising photographers, illustrators (illustrators) in private or public institutions, as well as establish an advertising agency or create professional work areas for themselves as freelance graphic designers. They can also continue their academic careers. |
| The success status of the students of Haliç University Graphic Design Master's Program without Thesis is determined according to the provisions of the “Haliç University Graduate Education Regulation”. |
