Students become eligible for graduation upon successfully completing all compulsory and elective courses in the curriculum, achieving a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.00, and fulfilling the requirement of 120 ECTS credits.
1.Data Analyst – Collects, cleans, and reports data.
2.Big Data Analyst – Works with large data sets, performs analyses on platforms such as Hadoop and Spark, and identifies trends.
3.Data Scientist – Develops advanced statistical and machine learning models.
4.Business Intelligence Specialist – Monitors the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
5.Machine Learning Engineer (for those with a more technical orientation) – Implements predictive systems for real-world use.
6.Data Engineer (for those focused on infrastructure) – Builds the infrastructure where data is stored and processed.
At the beginning of the semester, students who register for a course must attend at least 70% of theoretical classes and 80% of practical classes to be eligible to take the end-of-term exam. Students are required to take at least one midterm exam and a final exam for each course. The contribution of the midterm (which may include scores from assignments, lab exams, quizzes, or other assessment tools) to the overall grade is 40%, while the final exam contributes 60%. All exams are graded on a 100-point scale. Students who receive one of the letter grades AA, BA, BB, CB, or CC are considered to have passed the course. Grades DC and DD are considered conditional passing grades.

The calculation of students’ overall grades may use either a relative (curved) or absolute grading system. The decision on which grading system will be used is made by the relevant administrative board before the start of the academic year. The conversion table prepared by YÖK (Council of Higher Education) is used for translating between the 4.0 scale and the 100-point scale.
