Haliç University’s Erasmus+ 2025 Application Approved with a 57% Grant Increase

Our university has achieved significant success in its Erasmus+ KA131 Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility Program 2025 application, administered by the European Union. Our application was approved with a 57% increase in grant funding compared to the 2024 academic year.

This increased funding will provide more students with opportunities for fully funded study and internships abroad, and will offer academic and administrative staff the chance to teach and receive training in Europe. It will also secure additional resources for Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs), which allow for multi-partner projects.

Thanks to our high success rates and effective project management in previous years, Haliç University continues to stand out among foundation universities supported by the Erasmus+ program.

57% Increase in KA131 Grant Amount, New Collaborations with KA171

The Erasmus+ KA171 2025 project, submitted by the International Relations Coordinatorship, has also achieved a major success. As part of this, the university has been awarded grant funding for student and staff mobility programs with Bangladesh, Albania, Morocco, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, and Nigeria.

In the 2025-2026 academic year, our students and staff will be able to gain international experience in these countries, and we will also host visiting students and staff from these nations on our campus.
