2024-2025 Academic Year Graduation Ceremonies

Dear Students,

Our graduation ceremonies will be held at the Congress Hall located on our campus.

Each student may attend the ceremony with a maximum of three guests.

Guests will be required to present valid identification upon entry.

Information regarding the guests attending the ceremony and vehicle license plates must be submitted to the academic advisors or the relevant faculty secretaries by 17:00 on June 13, 2025.

On Graduation Day:

• Shuttle services will depart for campus from the Halıcıoğlu Metrobus stop (Sütlüce direction) 45 minutes prior to each session and from Alibeyköy Metro every 10 minutes.
• Graduation gowns will be available for purchase only (no rental option) at a cost of 1,250 TL, payable by credit card only. Bank transfers or EFT payments will not be accepted.
• Gown sales will begin on May 26, 2025, at the Ground Floor of Block 9.
