About The Program
Kurumsal faaliyet yürüten her işletmede insan kaynakları yönetimine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.

Students are required to successfully complete all courses included in the program curriculum, accumulate 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits, and maintain a minimum overall academic grade point average of 2.00 on a 4.00 scale.
Our graduates can be employed as qualified professionals in public institutions and the private sector, including Human Resources Departments, Human Resources Career and Consulting Companies, municipalities, İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), hospitals, and any organization with a Human Resources department.
Students who enroll in a course at the beginning of the semester are required to attend at least 70% of theoretical classes and 80% of practical classes in order to be eligible to take the end-of-term exam.
For each course, students must take at least one midterm exam and one final exam. The midterm grade may include scores from assessments such as exams, assignments, projects, and quizzes. The final grade is calculated with a 40% contribution from the midterm and 60% from the final exam. All exams are graded out of 100 points.
Students who receive grades of AA, BA, BB, CB, or CC are considered to have passed the course. Grades of DC and DD are considered "conditionally passing."
Either a relative or absolute grading system is applied to calculate students’ final grades. The decision on which system to use is made by the relevant administrative board at the beginning of the academic year. When converting between grading systems, the conversion table prepared by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) is used as the basis.
