Program İçeriğiMahkeme Büro Hizmetleri Programı, adalet sisteminde görev alacak nitelikli, etik değerlere bağlı, hukuk bilgisi ile donatılmış, teknolojiyi etkin kullanabilen adli personel yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Program, özellikle adliyelerde, mahkemelerde, icra dairelerinde ve hukuk bürolarında görev alabilecek, yargı süreçlerini destekleyecek personel ihtiyacını karşılamaya yöneliktir.Program süresi 2 yıldır (4 yarıyıl) ve mezunlara ön lisans diploması verilir. Öğrenciler, teorik derslerin yanı sıra uygulamalı eğitimlerle mesleki deneyim kazanır. Ayrıca isteyen öğrenciler, DGS (Dikey Geçiş Sınavı) ile ilgili lisans bölümlerine geçiş yapabilir. Programdan mezun olan öğrenciler; adliyelerde zabıt kâtibi, icra dairelerinde icra kâtibi, avukatlık ve hukuk bürolarında sekreter veya icra takip personeli, noterlik bürolarında destek personeli olarak çalışma imkânına sahiptir. | The program was launched in the 2025-2026 academic year within the Haliç University Vocational School and provides full-time education. The language of instruction is Turkish. |
| Students who successfully complete all program requirements will receive an associate degree in Court and Office Services at the end of the fourth semester. |

The department aims to train individuals who possess theoretical knowledge in the field of law and can combine this with practical knowledge and skills, and who are qualified to work in judicial and administrative courts, the private sector, or penal institutions, equipped with professional knowledge and experience. Graduates of the Court and Office Services program can be appointed to the following positions in courts: • Enforcement officer, Enforcement Director, Deputy Enforcement Director, Head of Records Management, Deputy Head of Records Management, Court Clerk. • In correctional institutions, they can be promoted to positions ranging from enforcement officer to director; they can work as enforcement officers in the enforcement departments of various public institutions and private sector organizations. • They can also work as legal assistants in private sector organizations and law firms. • They can work in prosecutor's offices, court front offices, court mediation offices, and court cashier's offices. |
| The Midterm Exam accounts for 40% and the Final Exam accounts for 60% of the overall grade. |
