Announcement of the English Proficiency Exam Dated October 6–7, 2025

Dear Students,

For students who were unable to take the first (8-9 September), second (15-16 September), and third (29-30 September) English Proficiency Exams of the 2025–2026 Academic Year due to valid reasons, an additional exam will be held on 6-7 October 2025.

Eligible students:

• Newly enrolled students in the 2025-2026 Academic Year.

• Passing Score: 70
• Start Time: 14:15 AM
• Location: Block 2 Classrooms (5th and 6th floors)
• Classroom Assignments: Available on the noticeboards on the 4th floor.

• September 29, 2025: Session 1-Test+Writing
• September 30, 2025: Session 2-Speaking

After the first session (October 6), students who qualify for the second session (October 7) will be notified on the main notice board the following day.

The exam consists of 100 questions in 4 main sections:

1. Listening: 20 questions
2. Reading: 20 questions
3. Vocabulary: 20 questions
4. Grammar & Structure: 40 questions

• It is essential that students activate their university email accounts.
