Life At Haliç
The 2026-2027 Academic Year Orientation Program was completed with events held on our campus over three days. As part of the program, our students prepared for the new academic year through a variety of activities, ranging from presentations introducing academic and administrative units to social events, while also having the opportunity to become more familiar with campus life.
On the first day of the Orientation Program, informational presentations were held by the Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Sport Sciences and Faculty of Arts and Sciences. As part of the program, informational presentations delivered by the Conservatory, Vocational School and School of Foreign Languages also gave students the opportunity to become more familiar with their departments and academic processes.
On the second day of the program, our students had the opportunity to gain information about various aspects of university life through informational presentations delivered by the university’s administrative units. In addition to academic processes, the presentations addressed topics of interest to new students, including the services, units and facilities they can benefit from throughout their time on campus.
The third day continued with activities highlighting the social and cultural life on campus. Student clubs met with new students at stands set up on campus, introducing their areas of activity and the work they would carry out throughout the year. At the stands, students had the opportunity to become more familiar with different clubs based on their interests, while enjoying pleasant and entertaining moments throughout the day. Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Enes Eryarsoy, also visited the student clubs’ stands, met with students and received information about the clubs’ activities.
The three-day Orientation Program concluded with an outdoor cinema event held following a concert performed by conservatory students.
We completed our 2026-2027 Academic Year Orientation Program, during which we spent the first days of the new academic year together, with informational presentations and events held on our campus. We wish all our students who have newly joined the Haliç family an academic year filled with success, enjoyment and beautiful memories.
