About The Program
Sağlık Bilgi Sistemleri Teknikerliği programı, sağlık sektörünün ihtiyaç duyduğu bilgi teknoloji sistemlerinin kurulması, işletilmesi ve bakımı konularında ihtiyaç duyulan insan gücünü sağlamak üzere kurulmuştur. Hastaneler bünyesinde yer alan tetkik, tahlil, ilaç ve sarf malzeme gibi konularda günümüzün bilgisayar teknolojileriyle yardımcı yazılım ve donanımlar sağlar.

Our program began admitting students in the 2025–2026 academic year.
An Associate Degree with the title of Health Information Systems Technician.
Our program admits students through the ÖSYM-TYT (Higher Education Institutions Exam – Basic Proficiency Test).
Through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS), graduates may transfer to undergraduate programs such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Physics, Physics Engineering, Statistics, Control and Automation Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Management Information Systems.

Students are eligible for graduation upon the successful completion of compulsory and elective courses totaling 120 ECTS credits and achieving a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) above 2.00.
Health Information Systems Technicians can work in various healthcare institutions and organizations, including the Ministry of Health, public and private hospitals, oral and dental health centers, university hospitals, insurance companies, private enterprises, and rehabilitation centers.
The Midterm Exam accounts for 40% and the Final Exam accounts for 60% of the overall grade.
