Psychology is a word derived by combining the words psykhe (spirit) and logos (knowledge). It is a science that examines the essence and different states of the human soul and tries to find the rules of phenomena such as sensation, enthusiasm and thinking. Man, as a living creature, has a tendency to adapt to his environment and develop in a balanced way within himself. Psychology also tries to explain and predict its behavior by applying the laws it has obtained to human beings.
Today, the findings of psychology are used in many different fields. The use of psychological knowledge in the fields of education, medicine, industry and economy enables people to be more successful.
