As R&D and Project Coordination Office (ARGEP), we carry out activities to increase and sustain university's scientific R&D project activities. In addition, we work to strengthen the research and project development culture with a holistic perspective by evaluating project activities and outcomes.​

• Searching for appropriate funding/grant opportunities for national and international research and development projects, providing effective information and guidance about open calls, scientific travel and award supports, and individual scholarships,
• Organizing fund/grant program information days and project writing trainings,
• Guiding researchers for appropriate funding source for their project applications.
• Creating road maps for researchers to apply to grant programs
• Supporting the preparation of project proposals and submission of applications in accordance with the relevant program expectations,
• Providing additional documents needed during the application and fulfilling internal/external procedures, obtaining signatures of University officials on application documents and preparing needed support letters.
• Ensuring that researchers' TUBITAK ARBIS records are kept up to date
• Ensuring of the complete project application is submitted before the application date
• For granted projects, creating ARGEP records and obtaining the necessary signatures and approvals to manage the contract processes.
• For the rejected projects, investigating the reasons of the rejection, informing and guidiing the applicant so that he/she can re-apply.
• Holistic indexing of project data and keeping it up to date.
• Supporting the University’s Scientific Research Projects (BAP) Commission in the coordination of administrative processes.​
